Pilots Providore + Kiosk
at Low Head Pilot Station.
The Kiosk serves local coffee, homemade baked goods and simple, tasty food made with Tasmanian ingredients & sourced from Tasmanian suppliers.
The Providore shelves are curated with carefully chosen charcuterie, cheeses, preserves, pickles, conserves and hors d'oeuvres for you to bundle up in one of our baskets, find a spot by the water and enjoy your picnic with a local drop.
You’ll find pantry staples, gourmet and hard to find treats as well as locally sourced ready to go meals at the Providore, so if you are staying for a night you can turn up with nothing and stock up in the Providore.
Open 10am - 3pm 7 days during January.
Thursday - Monday from February onwards.
